Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Wash and dry your chosen blend of fresh greens, tear or chop them into bite-sized pieces, and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  2. Carefully slice the clementines into segments, thinly slice the mini cucumbers, and chop the avocado into cubes, then add these to the greens.
  3. Thinly slice a white onion and scatter it over the greens and fruit mixture.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk together the honey white balsamic dressing and drizzle it over the salad, tossing gently.
  5. Crumble goat cheese on top and sprinkle with roasted pistachios.
