  • 3 sheets Aluminum Foil To shape cornucopia molds.
For the Filling
  • 1 cup Pesto Monterey Jack Cheese Can be substituted with sharp cheddar or creamy brie.
  • 1 cup Pepperoni Sliced.
  • 1 cup Salami Sliced.
  • 1 cup Grapes
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 1 cup Blackberries
  • 1 cup Quartered Strawberries Mix and match seasonal berries.
  • 1/2 cup Pistachios Or switch with almonds, walnuts, or pecans.
For Garnishing
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Sage
  • 4 sprigs Fresh Rosemary

Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Unroll the refrigerated French bread dough onto a clean surface and cut it into ¼-inch strips.
  2. Shape aluminum foil into cone forms resembling cornucopias and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Wrap dough strips around each foil mold, overlapping slightly, and twist the openings for flair.
  4. Beat the egg with a splash of water and brush over the wrapped dough.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 325°F (160°C) and cook the molds for 6-7 minutes.
  6. Let them cool for about 5 minutes, then carefully remove the aluminum foil.
  7. Fill the cornucopia cups with the selected ingredients and arrange on a platter.
