Preparation
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare your pie crust in a 9-inch pie pan.
- Peel and cut sweet potatoes into chunks, then boil until fork-tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Mash the sweet potatoes and combine with condensed milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla, and eggs in a mixing bowl.
