  • 4 oz Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 large Egg acts as binding agent

  • 0.5 cup Pink or White Sanding Sugar can use colored sprinkles
For the Topping
  • 18 pieces Hershey’s Strawberry Ice Cream Cone Kisses or other chocolate varieties

Step‑by‑Step Instructions for Strawberry Kiss Cookies
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Funfetti sugar cookie mix, softened cream cheese, and large egg. Mix until you have a soft dough.
  3. Pour sanding sugar into a shallow bowl for coating the cookie balls.
  4. Measure out about 1½ tablespoons of dough and roll it into a ball, then coat it in sanding sugar.
  5. Arrange the cookie balls on the baking sheet, leaving about 1½ inches space. Bake for 8-12 minutes.
  6. Remove the cookies and cool for 3-5 minutes before pressing a Hershey’s Kiss into the center of each.
  7. Allow cookies to cool completely before serving or storing.
