Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Allow ribeye steaks to reach room temperature for about 30 minutes before cooking.
  2. Finely mince the garlic cloves and set aside.
  3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes without moving them.
  4. Flip the steaks and cook for an additional 4-5 minutes until medium-rare, aiming for 130°F (54°C).
  5. Transfer steaks to a plate and cover loosely with foil, resting for 5-10 minutes.
  6. In the same skillet, reduce heat to low, add butter, and then minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  7. Pour in heavy cream, stir to combine, and let simmer for about 3-4 minutes.
  8. Slice rested steak against the grain, arrange on a plate, and drizzle with creamy garlic sauce. Garnish with parsley.
