  • 2 stalks Green Onions Regular onions can be substituted if needed.

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by placing a large skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes.
  2. Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
  3. In the skillet, stir in the soy sauce, sesame oil, gochujang, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  4. In a separate bowl, combine sliced cucumbers with rice vinegar and a pinch of salt. Let marinate for about 5 minutes.
