- Prepare by greasing a 9-inch bread pan or lining with parchment paper. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar until smooth. Add sour cream and eggs, whisking until well combined. Stir in vanilla extract.
- Mash the very ripe bananas in a separate bowl. Fold the mashed bananas into the wet mixture until fully incorporated.
- Sprinkle the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon over the wet mixture. Fold gently until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Allow to cool in the pan for about 15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
