- Begin by boiling water in a small pot or kettle. Pour about 1/2 cup of hot water over chamomile tea bags or loose flowers in a mug. Let it steep for 5 minutes.
- While the chamomile tea cools, peel and slice a ripe banana into small chunks. Measure out your honey and milk.
- In a blender, combine the cooled chamomile tea, banana chunks, honey, milk, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed for about 30-45 seconds until smooth and creamy.
