- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and cool.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then stir in crab meat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
- In a bowl, mix ricotta, half of the Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
- In a baking dish, layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, half cheese mixture, half seafood, and more sauce. Repeat the layers and finish with noodles and sauce.
- Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
- Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving, garnished with additional parsley.
