Ingredients
  

For the Pasta Layers
  • 1 package Lasagna Noodles No-cook noodles save time.
For the Seafood Filling
  • 1 cup Crab Meat Imitation crab can be used.
  • 1 lb Shrimp Peeled and deveined.
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil Can swap for butter.
  • 3 cloves Garlic Minced.
  • 1 teaspoon Chili Flakes Omit for a milder dish.
For the Cheesy Mixture
  • 15 oz Ricotta Cheese Cottage cheese can be used.
  • 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese Fresh mozzarella recommended.
  • 0.5 cup Parmesan Cheese Add more for a cheesier top.
For the Creamy Sauce
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream Half-and-half can be used.
  • 1 jar Alfredo Sauce Homemade is recommended.
For the Topping
  • 1 cup Breadcrumb Topping Crushed crackers can be used.
  • 0.25 cup Parsley Fresh, chopped.
Seasoning
  • to taste Salt & Black Pepper Kosher salt is recommended.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and cook the lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and cool.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic for 1 minute. Add shrimp and cook until pink, then stir in crab meat, seasoning with salt, pepper, and chili flakes.
  3. In a bowl, mix ricotta, half of the Parmesan, mozzarella, parsley, and heavy cream until smooth.
  4. In a baking dish, layer Alfredo sauce, noodles, half cheese mixture, half seafood, and more sauce. Repeat the layers and finish with noodles and sauce.
  5. Top with remaining mozzarella, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Let the lasagna rest for 10 minutes before serving, garnished with additional parsley.
