Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a 12-inch skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and heat until shimmering, then add seasoned shrimp and cook for 3-4 minutes until pink. Remove shrimp from skillet.
  2. In the same skillet over medium-low heat, melt salted butter and add chopped onion. Sauté for about 3 minutes until soft.
  3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for an additional 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add cooked corn kernels and smoked paprika to the skillet and cook for about 2 minutes.
  5. Pour in half-and-half and stir gently until simmering. Mix in crumbled feta cheese until it melts.
  6. Squeeze lime juice into the sauce, toss in the cooked shrimp, and gently reheat for about 1 minute. Garnish with cilantro.
