  2. With damp hands, shape the meat mixture into small balls (about 1 inch in diameter) and cook in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat for 8–10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together plain yogurt, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
  4. Melt butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and stir in the paprika, toasting for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  5. Spread a layer of yogurt sauce on a serving plate, place the warm meatballs on top, and drizzle with spiced butter.
  6. Garnish with chopped parsley, mint, or a sprinkle of sumac. Serve immediately.
