- Start by blending about 1/2 cup of mayonnaise, 1/4 cup of sun-dried tomatoes, and one minced garlic clove in a small bowl. Blend until smooth.
- Select four slices of sourdough bread and lay them flat. Spread the sun-dried tomato mayo on both sides of each slice.
- On two of the mayo-coated bread slices, layer three slices of turkey deli meat, three pieces of crispy bacon, a few slices of avocado, and romaine lettuce.
- Place the remaining two mayo-coated slices of bread on top, pressing gently to secure the sandwich.
- Cut the assembled sandwich in half diagonally for easy serving. Pair with a side salad or homemade chips.
