Step-by-Step Instructions

  3. Flip the fillets and reduce heat; cook for another 3-4 minutes until salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F.
  4. Transfer cooked salmon to a plate and tent with foil to keep warm.
  5. In the same skillet, lower heat to medium and add orange juice, honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic. Whisk together and heat for 30-60 seconds.
  6. Return salmon to skillet, coating with the orange glaze, and cook for an additional minute.
