Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 360°F (180°C) and butter a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  2. Whisk together dry white wine, olive oil, eggs, and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Sift together all-purpose flour and baking powder, gradually folding into wet ingredients.
  4. Sauté chopped onion and diced bacon in a skillet until onion is translucent and bacon is slightly crispy.
  5. Fold sautéed onion and bacon mixture, chopped olives, and grated cheese into the batter.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for about 60 minutes until golden brown.
