  1. Start by patting the sirloin steak cubes dry with paper towels; season generously with salt and pepper and let sit.
  2. Heat olive oil over medium-high heat in a large skillet. Add steak in a single layer and sear for 2-3 minutes per side until golden-brown.
  3. Lower heat and add butter to the skillet. Once melted, sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Stir in honey and soy sauce, letting it bubble for 1-2 minutes.
  4. Return the seared steak to the skillet, tossing in the sauce for 1 minute to coat fully.
