Cooking Steps
- In a medium bowl, combine balsamic vinegar, low sodium soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, honey, fresh thyme, salt, and pepper. Whisk together.
- Cube the sirloin steak into bite-sized pieces and add them to the marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 15 minutes.
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2-3 minutes.
- Add the marinated steak cubes in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on one side, then flip and cook another 2-3 minutes.
- Pour the leftover marinade into the skillet over the cooked steak bites and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes.
- Remove from heat and let sit for 2 minutes before serving.
