  • 500 grams Prawns Fresh or frozen, peeled and deveined
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil High-quality Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1 to taste Chilli Fresh or dried
  • 1 large Lemon Zest and juice

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat the BBQ to high heat, around 280°C (550°F). Make sure the grill is clean.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, zest and juice of the lemon, and finely chopped chilli. Whisk until blended.
  3. Add prawns to the marinade and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
  4. Grill the prawns for 2 to 4 minutes on each side, until shells turn pink and meat is opaque.
  5. Serve immediately with lemon wedges and crusty bread.
