- Preheat the BBQ to high heat, around 280°C (550°F). Make sure the grill is clean.
- In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, zest and juice of the lemon, and finely chopped chilli. Whisk until blended.
- Add prawns to the marinade and let them marinate for about 15 minutes.
- Grill the prawns for 2 to 4 minutes on each side, until shells turn pink and meat is opaque.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges and crusty bread.
