Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse your turkey wings under cold water and pat them dry with paper towels.
  3. Combine olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, dried thyme, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl. Coat wings evenly in the mixture.
  4. Place the seasoned turkey wings in a baking dish. Pour chicken broth around the wings.
  5. Cover the baking dish tightly with aluminum foil and bake for 1 hour.
  6. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 30 minutes to achieve a crispy skin.
  7. Let the wings rest for about 10 minutes after baking.
  8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
