Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat for 5-7 minutes.
  3. Add taco seasoning and stir to coat the beef, cooking for 2 minutes.
  4. Stir in the salsa and black beans, simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Layer half of the tortillas in the baking dish, followed by half of the meat mixture, corn, and cheese.
  6. Repeat the layering with remaining tortillas, meat mixture, corn, and cheese.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  8. Let the casserole sit for a few minutes before serving. Top with sour cream if desired.
