  1. Start by washing and trimming your mushrooms, slice them into thick pieces, and clean the spinach leaves.

  3. Add sliced mushrooms to the skillet in a single layer and sauté for 3-4 minutes undisturbed.
  4. Stir and continue cooking mushrooms for another 5-7 minutes until softened and golden brown.
  5. Stir in minced garlic and sauté for an additional 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Gradually add cleaned spinach using tongs and sauté until it wilts, about 2-3 minutes.
