Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Heat the oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add the ground beef and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until fully cooked.
  2. Stir in grated ginger and soy sauce, cooking for another 2-3 minutes to caramelize.
  3. Add 1 cup of water and white pepper powder. Cover and simmer for 10 minutes on low heat.
  4. Cook the vermicelli noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  5. Mix corn flour with ½ cup of water to create a slurry. Pour into the beef mixture and stir for about 2 minutes.
  6. Combine the cooked vermicelli noodles with the beef mixture and fold in the chopped spring onions. Serve hot.
