  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries or raisins
  • 1 small Red Bell Pepper diced for decoration
For Decoration
  • 2 pieces Black Olives or small black grapes
  • 1 medium Carrot sliced for nose

Preparation Steps
  1. Gather ingredients at room temperature: cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and chives. Blend with a hand mixer until smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture to plastic wrap and mold it into a round ball. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Chop pecans and cranberries then mix them in a shallow dish.
  4. Remove the cheese ball from the refrigerator and roll it in the pecan and cranberry mixture to coat evenly.
  5. Decorate with a piece of red bell pepper for the nose and black olives for eyes, securing with toothpicks if needed.
  6. Serve on a festive platter surrounded by crackers and veggies.
