- Slice each Medjool date lengthwise to create a pocket for stuffing.

- Combine walnuts, rosemary, orange zest, juice, cinnamon, and sea salt in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and mix.
- Spoon the nut mixture onto each stuffed date, pressing down to adhere.
