Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Soften the cheese at room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Slice each Medjool date lengthwise to create a pocket for stuffing.
  4. Fill each date with 1-2 teaspoons of goat cheese and smooth the surface.
  5. Combine walnuts, rosemary, orange zest, juice, cinnamon, and sea salt in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and mix.
  6. Spoon the nut mixture onto each stuffed date, pressing down to adhere.
  7. Place the dates on the baking sheet and roast for about 15 minutes until cheese is softened and nuts are golden brown.
  8. Allow the dates to cool for 5 minutes before drizzling with hot honey and serving.
