Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare the muffin tin by greasing it lightly.
  2. Roll out the thawed puff pastry to a rectangle, about ¼ inch thick, on a lightly floured surface.
  3. In a bowl, mix softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the rolled-out puff pastry, leaving a border.
  5. Layer raspberry preserves over the cream cheese filling evenly.
  6. Roll the pastry into a tight log and cut into 1-inch wide strips.
  7. Twist each strip gently and place vertically in the muffin tin, filling halfway.
  8. Bake for 22-25 minutes until golden brown and puffed.
  9. Let the cruffins cool for 5 minutes in the pan then transfer to a wire rack.
  10. Dust with powdered sugar before serving for a sweet finish.
