Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or oil.
  2. Mince the garlic and onion, finely chop the parsley, and grate the Parmesan cheese.
  3. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, minced onion, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, chopped parsley, and red pepper flakes. Mix gently.
  4. Form the mixture into 1½-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 8-10 minutes, flip, and bake another 8-10 minutes until golden and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 160°F.
  6. Transfer the meatballs to a pot of marinara sauce and let them simmer for about 10 minutes.
