  • Mason jars

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir vigorously for about 2 minutes until smooth and well incorporated.
  2. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into a mason jar with a lid. Refrigerate the oats for at least 3 hours or ideally overnight.
  3. Take the oats out of the refrigerator and give them a good stir to combine any ingredients that may have settled. Spoon half of the oat mixture into each jar.
  4. Add jam or jelly on top of the oats in each jar and gently spread it to cover the surface.
  5. Spoon the remaining oat mixture over the jam layer, filling the jars to the top.
  6. Add a little more jam on top and, optionally, sprinkle with fresh berries or crushed peanuts.
  7. Serve your Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats chilled, straight from the refrigerator.
