Step‑by‑Step Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, peanut butter, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt. Stir vigorously for about 2 minutes until smooth and well incorporated.
- Cover the bowl with plastic wrap or transfer the mixture into a mason jar with a lid. Refrigerate the oats for at least 3 hours or ideally overnight.
- Take the oats out of the refrigerator and give them a good stir to combine any ingredients that may have settled. Spoon half of the oat mixture into each jar.
- Add jam or jelly on top of the oats in each jar and gently spread it to cover the surface.
- Spoon the remaining oat mixture over the jam layer, filling the jars to the top.
- Add a little more jam on top and, optionally, sprinkle with fresh berries or crushed peanuts.
- Serve your Peanut Butter and Jelly Overnight Oats chilled, straight from the refrigerator.
