Step-by-Step Instructions
- Begin by breaking pretzel sticks into bite-sized pieces, around 1-2 inches long, and place them in a large mixing bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine creamy peanut butter with powdered sugar, stirring vigorously with a spatula until the mixture is smooth and thick.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the broken pretzels in the mixing bowl. Using a spatula or your hands, gently fold the pretzels into the mixture.
- Once the pretzels are coated, scoop out small portions of the mixture with your hands, using about 2 tablespoons per cluster.
- If you’d like an extra touch of sweetness, melt chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, then drizzle the melted chocolate over the clusters.
- Refrigerate the baking sheet with your clusters for about 30 minutes to allow them to firm up.
- Once chilled, transfer clusters to an airtight container for storage.
