- In a bowl, combine 1.5 cups of graham cracker crumbs with 0.75 cups of melted unsalted butter. Press mixture into a 9-inch pie pan to form a crust. Chill.
- Beat 8 ounces of cream cheese with 1 cup of powdered sugar until smooth. In another bowl, whip 1 cup of heavy cream and fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
- Melt 8 ounces of dark chocolate and cool slightly before folding into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread half of the filling into the crust, layer sliced bananas, then add the remaining filling and smooth it out.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
- Garnish with whipped cream, chocolate shavings, and sliced bananas before serving.
