Ingredients

For the Sorbet
  • 1 cup cubed watermelon Opt for seedless watermelon for the best results.
  • 1 cup coconut water Feel free to substitute with clear fruit juice, though it may slightly change health benefits.

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami machine

Method

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Start by slicing the rind off a ripe seedless watermelon and cutting it into approximately one-inch cubes. Aim for about one cup of cubes for this refreshing Ninja Creami Watermelon Sorbet.
  2. Take your Ninja Creami pint container and fill it with the cubed watermelon, ensuring you reach the max fill line.
  3. Next, pour one cup of coconut water over the watermelon in the pint container, filling it up to the max fill line.
  4. Cover the pint container securely with its lid and place it upright in your freezer on a level surface. Allow it to freeze for at least 12 hours, or ideally 24 hours, to ensure the mixture becomes fully solid.
  5. When you’re ready to enjoy your Ninja Creami Watermelon Sorbet, remove the pint from the freezer. Microwave it for about 30 seconds or run hot water over the outside of the container for a couple of minutes.
  6. Place the softened mixture into the Ninja Creami machine and select the sorbet setting. Process until smooth and creamy, about one to two minutes.
  7. Once your Ninja Creami Watermelon Sorbet is perfectly creamy, scoop it into chilled bowls or cups. Optionally garnish with mint leaves or a slice of lime.
