- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
- Mash 3 ripe bananas in a large bowl until smooth, then add 2 eggs, 1 cup of granulated sugar, ½ cup of melted butter, ¼ cup of milk, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together 1½ cups of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and ½ teaspoon of salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients, stirring gently until just combined.
- Fold in ¾ cup of chopped walnuts until evenly distributed.
- Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and bake for 50-60 minutes until golden brown.
