Preparation Steps
  1. Gather your ingredients: fresh kale, frozen mango chunks, a ripe orange, and almond milk. Wash the kale and remove the tough ribs.
  2. In your high-speed blender, add the prepared kale along with the almond milk. Blend on high speed for about 30 seconds until smooth.
  3. Add the frozen mango chunks and the peeled orange to the blender. Blend again for another 30 seconds until all ingredients are creamy and combined.
  4. Pour the Mango Kale Smoothie into your prepared glass and enjoy immediately.
