  • 6 cups Lucky Charms Cereal Other cereals can be used but will change the flavor.

Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Line an 8x8 or 9x9 baking dish with parchment paper, allowing the edges to hang over for easy removal later.
  2. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium-low heat, stirring slowly for even melting.
  3. Add the marshmallows to the pot, lower the heat, and stir continuously until almost completely melted.
  4. Remove the pot from heat and fold in the Lucky Charms cereal with a spatula.
  5. Transfer the mixture to your prepared baking dish and press it down firmly into an even layer.
  6. Pop the baking dish into the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes to allow the treats to set.
  7. Once set, take them out of the fridge, lift out using the parchment edges, and cut into squares.
