Method
 

Preparation Instructions
  1. Step 1: Prepare Butter - Melt the butter and cool to room temperature.
  2. Step 2: Flavor Sugar - Zest lemons and combine with granulated sugar.
  3. Step 3: Mix Wet Ingredients - Add butter, egg, and vanilla, then blend until smooth.
  4. Step 4: Combine Dry Ingredients - Whisk together the dry ingredients and mix with wet ingredients.
  5. Step 5: Shape Cookies - Roll dough into balls and chill on a baking sheet.
  6. Step 6: Preheat Oven - Set to 180ºC (355ºF).
