Step-by-Step Instructions for Lemon Butter Salmon
  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and prepare a baking sheet.
  2. In a mixing bowl, toss halved baby potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread seasoned potatoes on the prepared baking sheet and roast for about 20 minutes.
  4. Toss broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then add to the baking sheet after 20 minutes.
  5. Melt unsalted butter in a skillet, add minced garlic, and sauté for 1 minute.
  6. Add fresh lemon juice, salt, and pepper to the skillet, creating the lemon butter sauce.
  7. Add salmon fillets to the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
  8. Plate the crispy potatoes and broccoli, drizzle with lemon butter sauce, and garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
