Method
 

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the rotini pasta according to package instructions (about 8-10 minutes until al dente). Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Mix the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooled pasta with pepperoni, salami, ham, lettuce, red onions, banana peppers, black olives, tomatoes, provolone, and Parmesan. Gently mix.
  3. Prepare the Dressing: Whisk together mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt & pepper in a separate bowl until smooth.
  4. Combine Salad and Dressing: Pour dressing over the pasta mixture and gently toss until well coated.
  5. Chill and Meld Flavors: Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
