Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Marinate the Fish: In a shallow dish, whisk together olive oil, lime juice, chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Coat the fish fillets in the mixture and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Chipotle Slaw: In a bowl, combine cabbage, mayonnaise, chipotle peppers, lime juice, honey, salt, and pepper. Mix and chill in the refrigerator.
  3. Grill the Fish: Preheat grill to medium-high. Cook marinated fish for 3-5 minutes per side until flaky and golden.
  4. Warm the Tortillas: Warm tortillas on the grill or in a skillet for about 30 seconds per side.
  5. Assemble the Tacos: Break grilled fish into pieces, place on warm tortillas, top with chipotle slaw and cilantro. Serve with lime wedges immediately.
