Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by peeling and chopping sweet potatoes into chunks. Cook them in boiling water for 15-20 minutes until tender.

  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. Spread the mashed sweet potato mixture evenly in the baking dish and top with mini marshmallows.
  5. Bake for 25-35 minutes until the marshmallows are golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
