  • silicone molds or ice cube trays

Method

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Start by allowing your Greek yogurt to come to room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. While the yogurt is warming, gently mash half of the blueberries in a separate bowl, aiming for a chunky consistency.
  3. Fold the mashed blueberries into the yogurt until evenly blended, leaving some chunks for visual appeal.
  4. Carefully fill silicone molds or ice cube trays with the yogurt mixture until about two-thirds full.
  5. Introduce the reserved whole blueberries into each mold and create 2-3 light swirls in the yogurt mixture.
  6. Transfer the filled molds to the freezer for at least 2-3 hours to achieve a firm texture.
  7. Once frozen, run warm water over the bottoms of the molds to help loosen the bites and gently release them.
