- Start by allowing your Greek yogurt to come to room temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
- While the yogurt is warming, gently mash half of the blueberries in a separate bowl, aiming for a chunky consistency.
- Fold the mashed blueberries into the yogurt until evenly blended, leaving some chunks for visual appeal.
- Carefully fill silicone molds or ice cube trays with the yogurt mixture until about two-thirds full.
- Introduce the reserved whole blueberries into each mold and create 2-3 light swirls in the yogurt mixture.
- Transfer the filled molds to the freezer for at least 2-3 hours to achieve a firm texture.
- Once frozen, run warm water over the bottoms of the molds to help loosen the bites and gently release them.
