  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs gluten-free types for gluten-free version
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese

Step‑by‑Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef or turkey, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, chopped parsley, egg, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for about 15 minutes until browned.
  4. In a large bowl, mix together the long-grain white rice, chicken broth, honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes.
  5. Once the meatballs are baked, add them along with the mixed vegetables to the rice mixture and stir gently.
  6. Spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish and cover it tightly with aluminum foil.
  7. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes until the rice is tender and has absorbed most of the liquid.
  8. Remove the foil and let the dish stand for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with green onions.
