  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 4 cups of mashed sweet potatoes, 1 cup of granulated sugar, 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter, and 1/2 cup of milk. Mix until smooth.
  3. Add 2 large beaten eggs, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Whisk until velvety.
