Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine fresh sweet corn, mayonnaise, and shredded mozzarella. Add sugar and green onions, then mix thoroughly.
  3. Lightly grease a medium-sized baking dish and pour the corn mixture, spreading it evenly.
  4. Bake for 10 minutes until cheese starts to melt and mixture bubbles at the edges.
  5. Switch to broil and broil for an additional 2 minutes for a golden-brown crust.
  6. Serve warm with chips or toasted bread.
