  • 1 teaspoon Seasonings (salt, pepper, Italian herbs) Adjust according to taste preferences

Equipment

Method

Preparation Steps
  1. Begin by washing and cutting the baby potatoes into halves or quarters, ensuring they are even for uniform cooking.
  2. Mince the garlic cloves finely until you have a fragrant pile ready.
  3. Gather your bone-in chicken breasts and aim for them to be at room temperature.
Cooking Steps
  1. In a 4-6 quart slow cooker, place the chicken breasts at the bottom.
  2. Layer the prepared potatoes over the chicken and then sprinkle the minced garlic over them.
  3. Sprinkle the Italian herbs, salt, and pepper over the chicken and potatoes, and then pour the chicken broth over the mixture.
  4. Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  5. Once cooked, remove the lid and let it rest for about 5-10 minutes before serving.
