Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. In a large bowl, combine your flank steak strips with soy sauce, a drizzle of olive oil, pepper, and hot sauce. Allow to marinate for about 10-15 minutes.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil along with 1 tablespoon of butter. Toss in the potato wedges and sauté for about 8-10 minutes.
  3. In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining tablespoon of butter. Stir in minced garlic, red chili flakes, and fresh herbs. Sauté until fragrant.
  4. Add the marinated steak strips to the skillet, cooking for about 1 minute per side for a nice brown crust.
  5. Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and stir well. Cook for another minute, then mix in the potatoes and heat thoroughly.
  6. Remove from heat, serve immediately, and garnish with fresh herbs and parmesan cheese if desired.
