Preparation Steps

  3. Add vegetable oil to the skillet, then sauté minced garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and sauté for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  5. Add prepared rice, breaking up clumps, and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes.
  6. Mix in scrambled eggs and soy sauce, cooking for another minute or two.
  7. Stir everything together and serve hot, garnished with sliced green onions.
