Dressing Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup Olive Oil High-quality

Crouton Preparation
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Cube crusty bread and place it in a bowl. Toss the bread with olive oil, minced garlic, and a pinch of salt until evenly coated. Spread the croutons on a baking sheet in a single layer and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Salad Assembly
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped fresh parsley. Gently mix the ingredients together for even distribution.
  2. Drizzle high-quality olive oil and either red wine vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice over the salad mixture. Season generously with salt and black pepper. Toss gently.
  3. Right before serving, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese atop the salad and add your homemade garlicky croutons.
