Crouton Preparation

Salad Assembly
- In a large mixing bowl, combine halved cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, diced cucumber, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped fresh parsley. Gently mix the ingredients together for even distribution.
- Drizzle high-quality olive oil and either red wine vinegar or freshly squeezed lemon juice over the salad mixture. Season generously with salt and black pepper. Toss gently.
- Right before serving, sprinkle crumbled feta cheese atop the salad and add your homemade garlicky croutons.
