  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract Use pure vanilla for best results

  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon Sugar Mix sugar with ground cinnamon

Method
 

Directions
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and stir until just combined.
  5. Roll batter into 1-inch balls and coat in cinnamon sugar.
  6. Place 3-4 dough balls in each muffin cup, filling them ¾ full.
  7. Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
  8. Let cool in the pan for 5 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack.
