  1. In a small bowl, combine ½ cup of whole milk and 1 tablespoon of all-purpose flour. Whisk until smooth and free of lumps.
  2. In a 10-inch skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of salted butter over medium heat until bubbling gently.
  3. Stir in ½ cup of heavy whipping cream, ½ teaspoon of seasoned salt, a pinch of garlic powder, 1 tablespoon of granulated sugar, and fresh cracked pepper to taste. Heat until it starts to bubble, about 1-2 minutes.
