- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Whisk together granulated sugar, ground cinnamon, and a pinch of salt in a small bowl.
- Unfold thawed puff pastry onto a floured surface and roll it into a rectangle about ⅛ inch thick.
- Melt unsalted butter and brush it all over the pastry surface.
- Evenly sprinkle the cinnamon sugar mixture over the buttered pastry and gently press it in.
