Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and let the puff pastry sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into 36 small squares, then arrange them on a lined baking sheet and brush with melted butter.
  3. Bake the pastry squares for 12-14 minutes until golden brown, then cool slightly.
  4. Season and grill or bake the chicken breasts for 20-25 minutes, then chop into small pieces.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine chopped chicken, celery, grapes, onion, and mayonnaise, adjusting seasoning as needed.
  6. Cut the cooled pastry squares in half, fill each bottom with chicken salad mixture, and replace the top halves.
