Method
 

Preparation Steps
  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 4 tablespoons of butter. Add 1 cup of diced yellow onions and 1 cup of chopped celery, stirring in 2 teaspoons of poultry seasoning. Sauté for about 10-12 minutes, until the onions are translucent and the celery is tender.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sautéed onion and celery mixture with 8 cups of dried bread cubes and a handful of chopped fresh parsley. Gently toss the mixture.
  4. Gradually pour in 3 cups of chicken broth while tossing gently. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the stuffing mixture into a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Cover with aluminum foil.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 35 minutes, then uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until golden brown.
